Arlington Residents Directory is an independently operated reference to public rolls, record indexes, and historical directory collections relevant to Arlington County, Virginia. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with any records office, court, library, or public agency.
2. Permitted Use
Use this site and material found through it only for lawful purposes. You may not use it to:
- Stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm a person.
- Locate someone covered by a restraining or protective order.
- Commit fraud or identity theft.
- Make FCRA-regulated credit, employment, tenant, insurance, or other eligibility decisions.
- Scrape, copy, or republish site content at scale.
- Disrupt the site's operation or security.
3. Consumer Reporting Notice
Arlington Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. §1681 et seq. Neither site content nor a result from a linked tool is a consumer report. None may be used to evaluate eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Official portals, archives, and sponsored tools linked here are run by separate organizations. Their content, availability, pricing, terms, and privacy practices are theirs, not ours.

12. Severability
If a court finds a part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
